Barbara Jamie Knapp

Barbara Jamie Knapp (Clements) 85, passed away peacefully Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at the Carson Tahoe Hospital, Carson City, Nevada. She was born December 11, 1931 in Uniontown, KY, the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth Clements. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and two brothers. Barbara lost her son Michael Knapp of Hutchinson, KS within hours of her passing on the same day. Barbara is from New London, OH where she raised her four children. She has lived in Carson City since 2002.Barbara was the most beautiful mother. She was short in stature but very tall in character. She had a great love for the Lord, her children, her family and fro the people she knew. Barb was a wonderful woman who will be missed greatly by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She is survived by her three remaining children, Bruce (Vicki) Knapp of Crestline, OH, Norma (James) Sawyer of Dayton, NV and Roger (Karen) Knapp of Dayton, NV, twenty five Grand Children, seven Great Grand Children and one Great-Great Grand Son.
